You know, Liz, you've raised something that I've begun noticing too...that in addition to the mediation professionals who are my primary readers, the site is also drawing other solopreneurs and small business owners. I've begun getting quite a few requests for assistance from folks both in and outside the ADR world. It reminds me that even though I recommend writing for a target audience, sometimes we end up speaking to others with similar questions and interests. Not a bad thing!

Hey, that button seems to fit here. I should have made a plan to send it over so much sooner. It definitely belongs. You have the credentials, the content, and the audience. So many folks rely on you, small business owners, who do that web thing --see the wisdom of what you're saying and find how to apply it their own situation.

You're reaching and helping more than mediators. You're teaching business owners of all kinds how to use the principles of an effective personal practice. That's what makes you and your blog outstanding!
