Conflict coaching teleseminar coming up

news and announcementsAre you considering an expansion of your repertoire into conflict coaching as a business growth strategy?

Then you may be interested in my upcoming teleseminar for the International Coach Federation’s Conflict Coaching Special Interest Group. It’ll take place on Tuesday, July 28, 5-6 pm EDT.

I’ve included conflict coaching in my organizational and individual services for more than a decade and will be putting that experience to work as I discuss Conflict Coaching for Workplace Teams: Expanding Your Impact with Multi-Coaching :

Multi-coaching is the coaching of groups of people, most often workplace teams and families, together. It helps prepare not just individuals to bring their best to the group’s functioning and work, but also gives group members a common coaching experience from which to draw when the coach is long gone. Professional mediator and executive conflict coach Tammy Lenski will share how she uses both sets of skills in tandem to help workplace teams of all kinds bring their best creativity to tough problems and decision making. The teleseminar will cover these aspects of multi-coaching in an organizational setting:

  • How to know when multi-coaching is effective for a team
  • Strategies for coaching people concurrently
  • Traps and pitfalls to avoid in team conflict coaching
